A short call so I turn up knowing your business, your goal for the day and what already exists. No day is spent on discovery.
Morning: decide it
We map exactly what's getting built and why, and I tell you honestly if a day is the wrong shape for what you want.
Afternoon: build it
Side by side, in your account, explained as it happens, so you can maintain it once I've gone.
Thursday-only, maximum two a month — genuinely limited, because a VIP Day needs real, uninterrupted attention to be worth it. The waitlist opens once both slots are taken.
A day suits one clear, contained goal: a funnel built, a membership launched, a migration finished, an AI assistant set up and trained — or a focused push on something in Tech Team that needs more than its usual monthly allowance. You know exactly what needs fixing, and you'd rather it was handled in one sitting than spread across weeks. It doesn't suit a whole business rebuilt from nothing, which needs the group programme or one-to-one work instead.
